What does NCW do.
1) Have a look at the website, take a look at the electrical order contract. The contract itself requests male electricians. They need gender sensitity to call for contracts irrespective of Gender. So much for Gender budgeting.
2) Does a check on high profile cases like Nithari murders, or Pathan college rapes, or the recent Scarlett cases. And sleeps over it. None of the people who did the offense are ever punished.
3) NCW is the political tool of the ruling party to create votes. Just look at the 5 crores of awareness funding. It has gone to Andhra, Rajasthan and Karnataka.
4) NCW defines laws. One look at the websites asks you why do we need legislature. All laws in India are framed by the Lawyer's Collective. NCW nods on them and then the government takes over.
There are 6 new laws on the anvil. The Elections are a farce.


Where does NCW get funding? THE USAID and UNIFEM.
The total amount of money spent by USAID from FY07 to FY09 in pushing in the DV ACT can been seen in the websites of UNIFEM. Who funds the UNIFEM, multinational fashion companies like Avon who has 1 million dollar contract with UNIFEM signed last month over DV.

Where does NCW chairman go to play tribute. New York.

What did USAID get from 5 years of investment in India. They are pushing for a lobby for 33% reservation. Ask me, we must ask for 50% reservation as we need gender equality in country.

NCW or SIF, both have drawbacks and any constructive criticism must be welcomed. SIF is unfunded by anyone and moreso, please criticize, make fun of it. Only then SIF can move ahead.

I had so many things to define the problem of our power hungry politicians and intensely corrupt law and order machinery. SIF members sees it day in and the problems encountered need to be addressed.

With the merger, both SIFF and NCW decided to end the gender war in India and work on comprehensive plan to create a new "Parivarik Samhita" (Family Code) which is to replace out-dated manusmirti.

Both organisations also took on to give up some of the issues close to their heart and also agreed for changes to their respective organisations.

They are listed as follows:

1) The leaders of both organisations will urge their followers to stop being "righteous".

2) NCW will give up its connection with vested interests in USAID and UNICEF. In return, SIFF will give up its relation with father4justice.

3) The heads of SIFF Pandurang, Sumanth, Swarup, Gokul will resign from their positions and in stead work for a dowry/maintenance/alimony free society.

4) The new organisation will seek disqualification of any political party with Chief election commission, which indulges in dividing people based on gender for votes.

5) The merges organisation will find a bride for Rahul Gandhi who is allegedly afraid of on going Saas-Bahu struggles in the first family of India.

6) Some SIF senior members will leave jobs and become "House-men" or house-husbands cooking and taking care of houses.

7) Desicritics, the portal which facilitated the merger will launch a dating portal and SIFF members currently under threats of 498a will look for "new partners/husbands" for their wives in this portal.

1. 33% reservation of seats to women in parliament.
2. Women like shilpa sheety , some tamil actress hsould not have been dragged to court unnecessarily for fundamentalist reasons that women should dress in certain way .

JALANDHAR: NRI 'grooms' from Punjab are not alone in committing matrimonial frauds, foreign-settled 'brides' are also closely following them in this dubious distinction.

After two recent instances of fraud by NRI grooms whose attempts for second marriage had gone awry at the last minute, in Doaba region - which boasts of having maximum NRIs - an interesting case of 'paper marriage' fraud by a Canada-based girl has come to light.

The girl allegedly took Rs 8 lakh from a Sarinh resident promising him safe passage to Canada after the paper marriage. Amandeep Singh of Nakodar sub-division had a strong desire to settle abroad and, while looking for options to make his dream come true his family stumbled upon a proposal from a Canada-based girl that she would marry him on 'papers only' and would take him there.

"The deal was struck at Rs 8 lakh," said Amandeep here on Tuesday in presence of Lok Bhalai Party president Balwant Singh Ramoowalia.

Canada-based NRI Paramjit Singh Pannu, who had to put off his plan to re-marry at Kapurthala last Sunday after police action following a complaint by his "first wife", has decided to raise the issue with the Canadian Embassy as he claims that he had taken a divorce from her.

Pannu, while giving his version to The Tribune here today, said he had married Jatinder Pal Kaur on March 2, 2003, but he took divorce from her through the Superior Court of Justice, Brampton, Canada, on August 29, 2007, vide court file No. FS-07-60448-00 for which the court had issued form 36-B certificate of divorce.

The NRI added that without verifying the facts the Ferozepur police not only registered a false case against him and his family members (with the help of Ramoowalia), but disrupted his marriage ceremony which resulted in a big loss of cash and kind.
