<description>In India most men have a serious atttitude problem towards contraception. No wonder usage figures amongst men across the nation are in the single digits (I think). The Govt also spends more funds on communicating to women (as they feel that process is more efficient)...either way....TFR rates are pretty good across most parts of the country except BIMARU</description>
