<description>It&#039;s true that these people could have some serious health issues but you know what, they&#039;re adults and if they want to get themselves on TV that badly then they&#039;re signing up for the whole package. As for the thin people giving advice - oh my god, people just need to learn to keep their mouth shut! it&#039;s like rosie o&#039;donnell said when donald trump called her fat - fat people know they&#039;re fat. they don&#039;t need you to tell them they&#039;re overweight. </description>
