<description>I will go to hell for saying this about a sick man but I can not restrain myself. 

Pack the a**hole to Pakistan and let him get whatever care &quot;the land of the pure&quot; can provide for him. Pakistani doctors are equally capable of treating him. They might lack some advanced facilities but they are competent enough. After all, if Geelani dies during the course of the treatment, would he not like to die in &quot;dar-ul-islam&quot; rather than in &quot;dar-ul-haram&quot;?
