<description>plz dont mind but your statements sounds a bit cliched and oft repeated.The first step India should take is to get as many students as possible to colleges by starting a huge no of schools.Once a large no of people get educated the other things will follow.I dont think with half of the children outside schools. India could ever hope to be a superpower.Also bring in a bond for all govt engineering colleges and medical colleges to serve minimum of 2 yrs in govt service(esp in drdo,csir and research establishments).If majority of Indians dont attend schools we middle class could expect more laaloos,mulayams and sonias playing casteist politics.</description>
