<description>sure, there&#039;s merit in Sunny&#039;s comments *in theory*. But I do believe they are a bit unecessary (and myopic), given the absurd shceduling India is going through.
We have played 3 tests (or 4) for thelongest time). I think they are mostly to accomodate the other Boar&#039;d wishes for extra tests (which ours thinks is a waste). So instead of 3 or 5 we end up with 4. I know most people would happily take a 5 test series, esp against good teams, over *7* ODIs.
But then we dont run cricket.</description>
