But I do believe they are a bit unecessary (and myopic), given the absurd shceduling India is going through. We have played 3 tests (or 4) for thelongest time). I think they are mostly to accomodate the other Boar'd wishes for extra tests (which ours thinks is a waste). So instead of 3 or 5 we end up with 4.
