<description>Big Indian Corporates will never be innovative.

Its basically Volumes Vs Complexity issue.
Creativity and Innovation are needed when the domain is complex.

Indian corporates are focused on Volumes and not complexity. Please note, it is not possible to mix these two. That combination does not work.

So, young Indians have to start virtual organisations handling complex domains/products. These organisations can indeed be innovative.

Innovation and stiff structures do not go hand in hand. So, lets just forget about India corporates getting innovative.</description>
